With a range of OSRAM jump start cables, motorcycle, car, commercial vehicle and truck drivers now have a quick and uncomplicated solution for quickly transferring battery power between a donor and a recipient vehicle and thus becoming ready to drive again. The OSRAM BATTERYstart STARTER CABLE 900A is a high-quality starter cable that was developed for professional and private use. The cables are made of copper-coated aluminum, which reduces the resistance of the cable and enables constant and effective transfer of the charge. The jump start cable is 4.5 meters long and has a cross-sectional area of 35mm. Thanks to the length and cross-sectional area, it is possible to start vehicles with gasoline and diesel engines with up to 7.0 liters of displacement, as a peak current of up to 900A can be achieved, while a continuous current of 450A is available. It is suitable for voltages of 12V and 24V. To prevent excessive wear, the OSRAM BATTERYstart STARTER CABLE 900A is covered with flexible yet durable PVC, and the insulated handles and clamps provide additional safety and durability. The different colors of the cables and the handles on the clamps reduce the risk of confusing the positive and negative poles and thus the risk of incorrect connection to the battery. The storage bag included in the delivery allows the cables to be stored carefully and in a space-saving manner, and the operating instructions are conveniently attached to the back of the storage bag so they are quickly to hand.
