Our eCommerce strategy

To be honest, our eCommerce strategy for the independent aftermarket seems very abstract at first glance. We know that!

We want to be the SNOCKS of the independent aftermarket (IAM). We are firmly convinced that this will benefit in particular those parts manufacturers with aftermarket business areas that have entered into or will enter into explicit eCommerce partnerships with us on the basis of our ecanis premium support model.

In this context, we establish extremely scalable system and process landscapes - ideally using our smart dropshipment light approach. We make the manufacturer's SKUs available in online retail not only selectively, but preferably in the full range.

We are already using intelligent AI tools to create the eCom content that is essential for appealing marketplace offers, be it product descriptions, image material or set variants. We manage the digital sales channels in a highly professional manner - always in our own name, on our own account and with specialist automotive personnel.

Across all channels and in line with the corporate identity (CI) of the parts manufacturer, we contribute to sustainable brand awareness among independent garages and end customers. We promote online sales development both organically and with cost-efficient paid ads instruments, flanked by effective marketing measures from the ecanis CRM. This creates real eCom sales power, visibility and relevance.

However, we at ecanis also know that we can still learn and adapt a lot from leading D2C brands in the most advanced online product categories, such as fashion, and their omnichannel expertise. For this reason, we believe all the more in the potential of eCommerce innovation in the independent aftermarket.

We want to be the first mover for our industry partners with regard to the most important megatrends in digital IAM. Inspired by SNOCKS and Johannes Kliesch.
