Your return is always automatically a defeat for us. Because if you don't want to keep the car spare part you ordered, you were either not satisfied or the item simply didn't fit your vehicle.

2) WARRANTY CASE
- The car replacement part unfortunately does not (or no longer) work, is clearly defective, or shows a specific material defect
- Warranty period: 24 months after delivery (reversal of burden of proof after 12 months)

3) TRANSPORT DAMAGE

4) PARCEL LOSS
- The car replacement part was unfortunately lost during shipping and was never delivered to you
- Notification: within 60 days of receiving the tracking number, ideally as soon as you notice that something is wrong with the shipment status
- A signed affidavit is required.

How do I get my returns label?
As soon as you contact us, we will provide you with a free returns label by email. You can use this to send the parcel back to us easily.
How long does the refund take?
Once we have received your return in Leonberg, we will process it immediately. The credit note is usually issued within 15 hours.
Do I have to pay the return costs?
No. For all returns, complaints, transport damage or lost parcels, ecanis will bear the return costs in full.
What if the spare part was already installed?

What happens in the event of transport damage or package loss?
We report the damage or loss directly to the parcel service. In individual cases, it may be necessary for the damaged spare part to be inspected on site or for us to require an affidavit from you.
