You will receive your tracking number by e-mail immediately after your parcel has been handed over to our parcel service (primarily UPS) or you can simply check your customer account, where you can also access the tracking link.
You can trust us. We do everything we can to ensure that your parcel arrives on time. We proactively identify any delays, shipment disruptions or similar. We usually find a clever solution that really helps you.
However, if you have the feeling that something is wrong with your shipment, you can of course contact us purely as a precaution. By phone, email or WhatsApp. We are always available between 9:00 am and 5:00 pm on weekdays - we can also be reached a little earlier and a little later for you.
