Further properties: Ensures the function of the braking system, prevents rims from seizing up and rusting, provides good corrosion protection and has excellent adhesion. Application: Apply to sliding points and contact surfaces. The 1 l synthetic DOT (HAN 21157) is designed for disc and drum brake systems and helps prevent corrosion of metal brake components. Further properties: High wet and dry boiling point, protection against vapour lock and good viscosity-temperature behaviour, synthetic Brake Fluid and contains corrosion inhibitors. Application: Use in accordance with manufacturer’s specifications. The Mounting Paste (HAN 3010) is designed for assembly, repair and maintenance and helps prevent running-in damage and galling marks during assembly. Further properties: Good corrosion protection, very economical and excellent adhesion; adheres to smooth surfaces; operating temperature range: -35 °C to +450 °C.
