The OSRAM LIGHTsignal LED BEACON LIGHT is a 360° rotating, amber LED rotating beacon that can be fitted to vehicles of unusual width, length or load, as well as to municipal vehicles, emergency, command and accident response vehicles to draw attention to an unusual situation in road traffic or in the working environment. The rotating beacon from OSRAM can be used for better visual recognition, labelling and securing of danger spots or special locations. Rotating beacons are also used in certain facilities, on machinery and equipment and in alarm systems. The LED rotating beacon from OSRAM is characterised by high efficiency thanks to eight long-life, high-performance LEDs with up to 1900 Kelvin and 1200 lumen, thus ensuring improved visibility and therefore increased safety for you and others - both during the day and at night. Thanks to the non-slip, shock-absorbing rubber base, the LED warning light from OSRAM is particularly resistant to vibration. At the same time, the fully rubberised base acts as a seal between the product and the surface. In addition, the robust, shatterproof polycarbonate housing can withstand even heavy loads in accordance with the IK 08 standard. To reduce and prevent dirt deposits on the beacon, the OSRAM LIGHTsignal LED has a smooth surface on the housing, thus preventing the signalling effect from being impaired by dirt. The OSRAM LIGHTsignal LED BEACON LIGHT impresses with its high luminosity and low power consumption. Thanks to the low power consumption of the LEDs, the rotating warning light from OSRAM is also suitable for use over a longer period of time. Thanks to its compact and modern design, the beacon offers a wide range of applications and a high degree of flexibility as it is compatible with both 12V and 24V vehicles. The mounting material included in the scope of delivery enables direct and precise mounting and therefore immediate use of the beacons. Thanks to the three-point mounting system, the beacon can be securely and firmly attached to the vehicle roof. In addition, the LIGHTsignal LED warning light from OSRAM complies with the ECE R10 and R65 guidelines and is therefore approved for use in road traffic1) The OSRAM LIGHTsignal LED has been tested in our DIN EN ISO/IEC 17025-certified environmental simulation laboratory for extreme external influences in terms of water, dust, heat, cold and impact from falls and validated with IP protection class IP65 & IK08. The integrated thermal management system regulates the temperature of the LED spotlight and can thus prevent damage caused by overheating. The polarity protection prevents incorrect polarity reversal in the power supply and can therefore prevent possible damage caused by the LEDs switching off automatically. OSRAM grants a 2-year guarantee on these products (exact conditions at: www.osram.de/am-garantie). Special regulations apply with regard to the use and application of rotating beacons. This is regulated in the respective country-specific road traffic authorisation regulations.
